Merry Christmas!

cocktailsandcanapescover

Hi all – I’ve been desperate to share my Christmas books with you but have been having major issues with my online store. A new one will be up in the new year finally. But better late than never…

As with all my books, these, though super tasty, are stuffed full with antihistamine and anti-inflammatory ingredients. I’ve left the descriptions here a little vague simply because the recipes are incredibly versatile – you can trade most ingredients with other things, even the main ones. For example, the kebabs can be made with any protein you like, the pecan pie with any nut you like, or any fruit! Just takes a little imagination…

Hi Yasmina, I love your blog! I was looking for your stuffing balls recipe, and the search took me here – last year’s holiday e-book. Any chance you will be re-releasing this e-book this year? It looks like a great collection of recipes! Although I’m mostly recovered now from IC, I still have mega digestive problems and now kidney stress. I didn’t learn I was oxalate, sals, and histamine sensitive until this past summer, so I have some serious catching up to do on reading your blog! Wish I could eat more of your baking recipes…grains, pseudo grains, starches, and even yams, all don’t work digestively for me, nor does coconut flour/butter. And the nut and seed flours all have oxalates, histamine, etc… 🙁 Unfortunately for me, just being on a low oxalate, low histamine diet hasn’t ended my bloating, and I don’t eat processed foods, either. I am hopeful your wonderful, high-nutrient and anti-inflammatory recipes will help!
